Pediatric Private Duty Nurse (LVN) – Full-Time & Part-Time Home Health

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Current Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and current auto liability insurance
- Minimum of 6 months of pediatric home health experience as an LVN required
- Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes during 8–12-hour shifts, allowing them to remain safely with their families instead of an inpatient facility
- Care for children with serious illnesses, medical complexities, disabilities, or those recovering from injuries or extensive surgery
- Assess patient conditions during each visit, including monitoring vital signs, seizure activity, and providing care for gastrostomy tubes (G-tubes), tracheostomies, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilators
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and according to the individualized plan of care
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
