As a Home Health Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT), you’ll provide personalized, one-on-one care in the environments where children thrive. Our flexible scheduling allows you to focus on meaningful patient interactions, individualized treatment sessions, and quality documentation while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Physical Therapist Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Texas Physical Therapy license, or eligible to obtain licensure before the anticipated start date
- One year of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans and goals
- Provide physical therapy services to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, endurance, and functional independence
- Implement physician-approved plans of care using evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Provide caregiver education and training to support continued progress outside of therapy sessions
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality, coordinated care
- Supervision of Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) is a plus but not required
