Position Overview As a Medical Assistant at Medsien, you will be stationed in various clinics across the Trenton, MI area, where you will support the implementation and management of Chronic Care Management (CCM), Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), and other care programs. This is not a remote position; you will work directly with physicians and care teams in person to assist with patient engagement and care coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with eligible patients in person at partner clinics and introduce Medsien’s Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs.
  • Educate patients on the benefits of CCM and RPM services and answer questions about the programs.
  • Guide eligible patients through the enrollment process and ensure all required information and documentation are completed accurately.
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and their families throughout the enrollment process.
  • Coordinate with clinic staff and Medsien’s care management team to support a smooth patient enrollment experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and enrollment status.
  • Work toward established patient enrollment goals.
  • Build positive relationships with patients and clinic staff while representing Medsien professionally.

Qualifications

  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification required.
  • 1+ years of experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in a care management or chronic disease management role.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clinical staff and patients.
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and clinical processes.
  • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel to different clinic locations in the Trenton, MI area as needed.
  • Working Arabic knowledge is highly preferred.

This is a full-time 1099 role

Monday - Friday 9-5pm ET
