Associate Director, Marketing

Job Description

Provide overall business directions and leadership in a product franchise based on franchise goals. They are expected to develop marketing strategies for the product franchise team and ensure effective implementation of these strategies in the field. They should be the mobilizing force that will integrate both marketing and sales initiatives to achieve optimum results. They also serve as the link between their team and the available resources within the organization to support the achievement of business goals and objectives they have set for their team. They are also responsible for the ongoing development and motivation of their team and in aligning them to our core values.

Scope and Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for our company’s vaccine portfolio, focusing on increasing market share and product visibility.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Brand Management and Consumer Activation:

• Lead the development and execution of brand plans, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and local market trends.
• Monitor brand performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve business goals
• Design and execute marketing campaigns HCP and HCC, including digital marketing, events, and outreach programs, to promote HPV vaccination.
• Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Design and implement consumer activation campaigns aimed at educating the public about HPV and the importance of vaccination.
• Develop engaging educational materials and tools tailored for consumers, including digital content, brochures, and social media campaigns.
• Organize and participate in community outreach programs, health fairs, and vaccination drives to promote HPV awareness and increase vaccination rates.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance consumer engagement and facilitate access to HPV vaccination.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing support and training on product knowledge and promotional strategies.
• Collaborate with medical affairs to develop educational materials and conduct training for healthcare providers.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and relevant stakeholders to foster collaboration and promote HPV vaccination initiatives.
• Participate in industry conferences and events to represent our company and advocate for HPV vaccination.

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the marketing budget for the HPV portfolio, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives.

Ensure Alignment with Company Policy:

• Ensure that all marketing activities comply with local regulations and corporate policies.
• Work with regulatory affairs to prepare necessary documentation and approvals for marketing materials.Operates within policies and guidelines
• Adhere to Corporate compliance & business ethics

People Management and Talent Development

• Provide leadership to the HPV marketing team by maintaining close communication with the entire team, identifying strengths, assign duties and responsibilities, motivate and encourage personal and professional development, and developing teamwork and collaboration with the objective of ensuring a high performing department

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Strategy Management, Business Development/Pharmacist or Medical related
• Minimum 8 year experience in related field, preferably having experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Strong written and verbal communications skills (both in English and Indonesia language)
• Advance on ethical product and regulations
• Demonstrates initiative, strategic thinking and creative problem solving in response to the communications challenges and opportunities
• Excellent project management skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under intense stress and pressure especially in a crisis/issue
• Undergoes on-going media training to maintain skills
• Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and health issues Strong on Medical communication phrase
