End-to-End Supply Chain Management Specialist

[Job Purpose]

The End-to-End Supply Chain Management Specialist is responsible for managing and coordinating the complete supply chain process from demand planning and customer order management through inventory planning, logistics execution, trade compliance, and customer service operations. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Global Supply Chain, and external logistics providers to ensure products are delivered to customers accurately, efficiently, and compliantly while achieving business and financial objectives.

[Key Responsibilities]

Demand Planning & S&OP

  • Lead and coordinate local S&OP activities to provide rolling sales forecasts and support global inventory planning.
  • Collaborate with Business Units to develop realistic demand forecasts and perform forecast accuracy analysis.
  • Support supply planning activities aligned with business objectives, financial targets, regulatory requirements, and global allocation strategies.

Order Management & Customer Service

  • Manage customer orders, sales returns, samples, rebates, and related transactions in SAP.
  • Manage eCommerce-related operations and support subsidy sales programs.
  • Coordinate order fulfillment activities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain customer master data, contracts, and customer-related documentation.
  • Manage customer credit collateral processes and support collection activities.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly sales reports to stakeholders.

Inventory Management & Supply Operations

  • Manage inventory-related transactions and controls in SAP.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order status to ensure product availability.
  • Track supply orders and manage lead times for inbound shipments.
  • Coordinate master data creation and maintenance for materials and vendors.
  • Support inventory reporting and financial reconciliation activities

Logistics, Warehousing & Distribution

  • Manage warehousing and distribution activities to achieve service, cost, and operational performance targets.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PL partners to ensure timely and compliant product movement.
  • Monitor logistics KPIs and identify opportunities for process optimization.
  • Manage relationships with logistics service providers and ensure service quality.

Trade Compliance & Regulatory Operations

  • Partner with Global Trade Compliance teams to manage HS code classification and import/export requirements.
  • Coordinate import/export permits and regulatory documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with local and global trade regulations.
  • Manage temperature monitoring and logistics compliance requirements for imported products.

Financial & Administrative Support

  • Support financial processes related to sales and inventory status updates.
  • Manage payments for logistics, duties, taxes, and supply chain-related expenses.
  • Support procurement activities in collaboration with regional procurement teams.
  • Assist management with administrative tasks and business reporting requirements.

Quality & Compliance

  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Report Adverse Event or Product Quality Complaint to DPOC after customer/distributor report
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across customer service and supply chain processes.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and external partners.

[Qualifications]

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related field

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, or related functions within a multinational organization.
  • Experience in demand planning, inventory management, customer service operations, and logistics coordination preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, customer service, logistics, and international trade.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • SAP SD/MM module proficiency.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
