Works with members of the health care team to provide safe and effective drug therapy. Serves as a drug information resource to pharmacy, nursing, and medical staffs as well as to patients. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Position Details:
Education: Minimum requirement of Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in pharmacy. Licensure: Requires a current pharmacist license from state of practice Experience: At least 1 year of relevant pharmacy experience

Preferred Certifications: ACPE accredited immunization training with active CPR/BLS certification. Certain locations may require these certifications based on operational needs or regulatory requirements. Pharmacists practicing in Missouri must have a Medication Therapy Service Certificate as issued by the Missouri Board of Pharmacy within 90 days of start date.
