The Director of Emergency Services provides strategic and operational leadership for the Emergency Department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care that meets organizational goals, regulatory requirements, trauma standards, and national best practices. This role collaborates closely with physicians, EMS leadership, trauma services, and interdisciplinary teams to drive clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an approved school of nursing. Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing in the applicable state of practice. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Experience: Three to five years experience in a management or administrative position. Three to five years pertinent clinical experience. Preferred Education: Master's Degree in Nursing/Administration.
