Greets and appropriately directs patients in a courteous manner via phone calls or direct contact. Schedules appointments and updates demographic information, checks patients in and out. Maintains waiting room. Performs general clerical duties as needed. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Schedule: Days (Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm)
