This role operates as a single point of contact for executive technology needs, delivering onsite, white-glove support with a focus on responsiveness, discretion, and proactive service. The position builds on the core Service Center Technician role while introducing advanced responsibilities aligned to executive support, onsite troubleshooting, and continuous service improvement.
Experience • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, Service Desk, or Desktop Support required • Experience providing direct end-user support in a fast-paced environment • Experience supporting executive or VIP users preferred Required Skills • Strong troubleshooting skills across: o Hardware devices (laptops, mobile devices, peripherals) o Operating systems (Windows and macOS) o Common enterprise applications (email, collaboration tools, remote access) • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in time-sensitive situations • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Preferred Skills • Experience with IT Service Management tools (ServiceNow preferred) • Familiarity with incident management and escalation processes • Understanding of healthcare or enterprise IT environments
