Responsibilities: This person will manage the daily responsibilities of the mill from 9:00 p.m - 5:30 a.m. They will strive to attain maximum operational effectiveness and efficiency inside the workplace. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: maintenance of equipment, quality control, and maintaining proper inventory levels of ingredients and manufactured feed. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications

· Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds)

· High School Diploma or GED (helpful)

· Agricultural experience (helpful)

· Mechanical experience (helpful)

· Background in feed or animal production (helpful)

· Availability to work overtime (including weekends as needed)
