We are now looking for a person for the position of Senior AI Transformation Engineer (K/M)
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Transformation & Delivery
- Lead the design and delivery of strategic inhouse transformation initiatives, driving measurable business impact across multiple business units.
- Ovaersee the successful delivery of automation and AI-driven programs, ensuring outcomes that align with strategic priorities and deliver tangible ROI.
- Define project structures, content, and direction in line with corporate objectives and transformation frameworks.
- Take ownership for project execution, including milestone tracking, risk mitigation, financial performance, and stakeholder alignment.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and PRINCE2 methodologies to optimize transformation delivery and ensure value realization.
- Drive the adoption of intelligent automation frameworks using tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or n8n, ensuring scalability and cross-functional integration.
AI, Automation & Innovation Leadership
- Champion innovation by identifying and implementing AI and automation opportunities that streamline processes, enhance decision-making, and unlock new business capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams and external partners to develop, test, and deploy automation and generative AI (GenAI) solutions.
- Build and maintain the organization’s AI & Automation roadmap in partnership with the AI/Engineering Center of Excellence (CoE).
- Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions with C-Level executives and key stakeholders to translate strategic vision into actionable technology and process initiatives.
Stakeholder & Change Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, navigating complex matrix structures and aligning multiple business units behind transformation goals.
- Cultivate strong partnerships across business, technology, and operations to foster alignment and shared ownership of transformation outcomes.
- Oversee communication, change enablement, and capability building to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
Value Creation & Continuous Improvement
- Continuously monitor, measure, and communicate value delivery and ROI across projects.
- Identify improvement areas, design corrective actions, and ensure sustained performance optimization through data-driven insights.
- Embed a culture of continuous improvement through Kaizen and operational excellence practices across teams and regions.
Your Profile
- Education & Background: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in business transformation, ideally within large, complex, or matrix organizations.
- Proven track record of delivering automation and AI projects — from proof of concept to enterprise-scale deployment.
- Experience in automation tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or n8n; familiarity with cloud platforms and workflow orchestration tools is an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams across regions and functions.
- Strong understanding of process & agile project management methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, Agile, PRINCE2, SAFe) is a plus.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable engaging with C-Level executives.
- Skilled in program governance, performance tracking, and value realization management.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional project teams teams.
- Highly collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in complex matrix environments.
- Languages:
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- German or another European language is a strong plus.
