The purpose of this role is to edit and produce high quality video content for institutional communications across digital platforms, ensuring outputs are polished, on brand, and optimized for publishing.
Work location and schedule
This is a full time role based on site at the governmental client office five days per week.
Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
- Edit and assemble videos for digital channels, including promos, interviews, event recaps, and internal content
- Apply pacing, sound design, basic color correction, subtitles, and simple motion elements as needed
- Export platform ready deliverables in the required formats, sizes, and aspect ratios
- Organize and manage footage, project files, and version control to ensure smooth workflow
- Collaborate with creatives and stakeholders to interpret briefs and manage feedback cycles
- Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines, quality standards, and deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film, Communications, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in video editing and post production
- Strong portfolio or reel demonstrating storytelling, pacing, and technical quality
