Position Summary:

This position analyzes all aspects of Marketing strategy and customer database performance to provide clear, actionable information to all Marketing stakeholders and provides recommendations, where appropriate.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:

• Compiles pre and post analyses provided for all marketing campaigns and special events
• Creates all monthly reporting for Marketing
• Completes ad-hoc analyses tasked to the Marketing Analysis department
• Assists with the evaluation, analysis and recommendation of marketing strategy and promotions
• Effectively utilizes statistical modeling software and data elements from customer data warehouse to create reusable models

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Consistently explores and generates additional experimental model designs to enhance performance and promote continuous improvement/response metrics

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelors’ Degree in Economics, Finance, Applied Mathematics. Statistics or a related field
• One year of experience in statistical or analytical modeling

Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:

• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, SQL programs, Power BI and statistical programs (R or a comparable analytic tool)
• Excellent financial presentation skills
• Intermediate understanding of database design and general financial analysis

Training Requirements:

• Knowledge of SQL and related databases

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Office work environment
• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
