Job Summary

Under the direction of the AVP, Quality Management/PI, formulates and conducts evaluations to identify, improve patient care processes impacting on patient outcome/satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing Required
• BSN or strong clinical Nursing background Preferred
• 1-3 years experience in health care evaluation, health information or research preferred. Equivalent related experience may be substituted.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, PI Tools and calculators beneficial; in addition to excellent oral/written skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Certified Professional in HealthCare Quality (CPHQ) Preferred
