As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play an essential role in supporting the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents. Your compassionate care will help create a safe, positive, and engaging experience for those we serve.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality care and assistance to residents in accordance with care plans.
- Perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures that promote resident independence and well-being.
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests.
- Observe and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing team.
- Follow safety and infection prevention protocols to maintain a secure environment.
- Protect resident privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
- Participate in ongoing education, training, and professional development opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in accordance with state regulations.
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in senior living or long-term care is preferred but not required.
