Speech Pathologist position PRN- contingent

Our home care speech pathologists use cutting edge technology and clinical knowledge to provide exceptional care to patients who require one-to-one attention and monitoring in their home. Compassionate care is provided to all members of our communities through a multidisciplinary approach working collaboratively with physicians, nursing team members, social workers, and home health aides. Minimum Qualifications:

Meets the educational and experience requirements for a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology granted by the American Speech and Hearing Association; or, meets the educational requirements for certification and is in the process of accumulating the supervised experience required for certificate, registration or license to practice as a speech pathologist in the state of Illinois if applicable.
