HVAC Journeyman - FSED in Deerfield

Description:

• Performs routine preventative maintenance
• Functions as a journey mechanic and / or a general
• Works as required by Certificate of Competency with all types of HVAC, i.e., copper,
• steel, plastic, etc.
• Displays a good understanding of hospital drawings.
• Performs minor routine maintenance service to the hospital HVAC system and controls
• temperature and humidity through the energy management system
• Performs unrelated work as assigned as necessary.
• Supports the mission and vision of HCH at all times
• Maintains a clean and safe work area
• Complies with departmental and hospital-wide policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School or Vocational School graduate preferred

• 2-3 years’ experience in general maintenance

Licensure

• Valid / current Journeyman Certificate of Competency for any county in the State of Florida preferred
