Mount Carmel St. Ann’s is seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to provide shared overnight coverage for the Emergency Department, support hospital-wide emergency response activities, and contribute to inpatient pharmacy operations and clinical workflows. This role is ideal for pharmacists who thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel under pressure, and are passionate about delivering high-quality care during critical situations.
As a valued member of our pharmacy team, you will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe, effective, and timely medication management across the hospital. This position offers the opportunity to practice both clinically and operationally while making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Completion of a PGY1 Residency or three years of hospital pharmacy experience is preferred but not required.
Schedule: 7 nights on / 7 nights off overnight rotation.
