Description:
Trinity Health Pharmacy has a staff of more than 100 technicians and pharmacists waiting to help you with any medication or health-related question. We also have a wide variety of over-the-counter products and personal care items.
Our pharmacy accepts most major prescription plans, and we offer an automated phone service to make refilling your prescription easy and fast. We’re here to help you with any health-related questions about prescriptions and over-the-counter medications.
- Knowledgeable, helpful staff

SUMMARY
Under the direction of a Registered Pharmacist, assists Pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, maintaining the drug inventory, and maintaining patient records. Provides courteous, cooperative, and timely service to patients, visitors and staff.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Minimum: High school education or equivalent.
Preferred: Completion of formal pharmacy technician training program.
Credentials/Licensure
Minimum: Fully licensed as a pharmacy technician in the State of Michigan. Currently employed Pharmacy Technicians at Trinity Health may also satisfy this requirement with a Limited Pharmacy Technician Licensure.
Preferred: National Certification as a Certified Pharmacy Technician
Related Experience
Minimum: One year of pharmacy work experience.
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Minimum: Good written and verbal communication skills. Good math skills (multiplication, division, addition, subtraction) in calculations involving fractions, decimals, percentages and volumes. Good communication skills.
Computer Competency
Familiarity with standard desktop and windows based computer system, including email, e-learning, intranet and computer navigation. Ability to use other software required to perform essential functions.
