About the job The Analyst, Total Rewards (Europe & LATAM) is a member of the Movado Global Total Rewards team, supporting compensation, benefits, and reward programs across the Europe and LATAM regions. This role partners with HR Business Partners, managers, and business leaders to provide analysis, guidance, and recommendations on compensation and benefits matters within the Company's global Total Rewards framework. It also helps ensure the programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with business needs. About Movado B.V. What you’ll do Compensation Consulting & Regional Support Serve as the Total Rewards contact for HR and business leaders across Europe and LATAM, providing guidance and recommendations within established global compensation and benefits frameworks. Partner with HR Business Partners and managers on compensation-related matters including hiring offers, promotions, transfers, market adjustments, and retention situations. Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and compensation analyses to support pay decisions and workforce planning. Support the development and maintenance of pay ranges and compensation guidelines aligned with global programs and country market practices. Monitor market trends, legislative developments, and reward best practices and provide insights and recommendations to HR and business leaders. Participate in compensation surveys and manage survey submissions, validation, and analysis. Compensation Planning & Analytics Coordinate annual merit, bonus, and incentive planning cycles across Europe and LATAM. Support compensation planning system setup, testing, reporting, governance, and manager guidance throughout the annual compensation review process. Conduct salary budget modeling, cost analyses, and reporting to support compensation decisions. Prepare compensation analyses and recommendations for HR and business leaders. Support compliance-related activities, including pay transparency, pay equity, salary disclosure, reporting requirements, and other country-specific rewards regulations, partnering with Global Total Rewards, HR, and Legal as appropriate. Benefits Programs & Vendor Management Support the administration, evaluation, and renewal of regional benefits programs. Partner with brokers, consultants, and vendors on annual renewals, benchmarking, market reviews, and program enhancements. Analyze benefits utilization, cost trends, and market competitiveness to support recommendations. Assist with benefits communications and employee education initiatives. Local HR Support (Netherlands location) Serve as a local HR resource for employees and managers regarding employee matters, policy interpretation, and HR processes in partnership with the Director of HR and broader HR team. Regional Representation & Global Partnership Ensure regional perspectives, market practices, and business needs are considered in the development and implementation of global programs, balancing global consistency with local competitiveness and compliance requirements. Support localization, communication, and implementation of global Total Rewards initiatives. Global Total Rewards Projects & Continuous Improvement Partner with Global Total Rewards, HRIS, Payroll, and HR teams to support the design and implementation of new programs, tools, and processes. Provide compensation and benefits subject matter expertise for Workday enhancements, testing, reporting, and related HR technology projects. Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, data quality, and employee experience across Total Rewards programs. Who we are looking for 4–7 years of experience in Compensation and/or Benefits. Knowledge of European compensation and benefits practices, LATAM would be a plus. Experience with compensation surveys, market reviews, and salary structure development. Experience supporting compensation planning cycles and developing and presenting compensation recommendations and insights to HR and business leaders. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of Workday or similar HRIS platforms. Advanced Excel skills and experience working with compensation and workforce data. Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively across multiple countries, cultures, and time zones.
