Job Description Summary:
Coordinates and performs supply and equipment distribution for departments, maintaining efficient activity flow in assigned offices and warehouses.
Job Description:
Essential Functions:
- Acts as a liaison to fulfill supply and equipment requests and to resolve incorrect orders, product recalls, and shipments. Communicates order status and advises of problems and delays as needed.
- Assists with the receiving, sorting, preparation, and delivery of inbound and outbound shipments, packages and mail.
- Manages Handheld Ordering System – maintains templates, ordering processes, policies, and procedures.
- Performs data entry of equipment and supply transactions. Catalogues and organizes product for multiple departments.
- Maintains inventory, monitoring expirations and placing orders as needed.
- Assists with ensuring compliance, organization, and cleanliness.
Education Requirement:
High School Diploma or equivalent, required.

Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience:
Experience with inventory management software, preferred.
