Nurse Technician - Psych Intensive Care 6North - Full-Time - Nights

Provide compassionate patient focus and perform select care duties under the supervision of a registered nurse. Improve the patient experience and maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment. Demonstrate what it means to be part of a team and raise the bar for patient care.

This is a full-time night shift position (11:45PM-7:45AM) - at New York-Presbyterian Methodist Hospital, 3 weekend a month required

Preferred Criteria

• Minimum one year experience as Nurse Technician, Patient Care Technician or Medical Assistant in a healthcare setting

Required Criteria

• High school diploma or GED
• Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Technician/Patient Care Technician Program or Nursing Assistant, EKG, and Phlebotomy Program or Medical Assistant Program, with documentation of completion
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
