Nightwing is seeking Jr. Subject Matter Expert provides that has specialized knowledge in offensive cyber operations, helping translate operational requirements into technical implementations. This position bridges the gap between mission needs and software development, ensuring that the unified solution effectively supports various OCO mission types including interactive, sustained, automated, and identity operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational context for feature development
- Translate Operational Needs (ONs) into technical requirements
- Support workflow design and validation
- Participate in user acceptance testing
- Assist with training material development
- Provide feedback on UI/UX designs from operational perspective
- Support demonstration and testing activities
- Contribute to user documentation and guides
- Participate in backlog refinement with operational insights
- Support transition and deployment activities
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in offensive cyber operations or related fields
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent substitution)
- Strong understanding of OCO workflows and mission requirements
- Experience with cyber tools, platforms, and infrastructure
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Knowledge of automation principles and workflow orchestration
- Experience supporting software development efforts
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Must be U.S. citizen
Salary & Benefits
The salary associated with this position ($64,000-$128,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
