Lead, Code GC

Nike GC Business Integration team will enable and serve the Sport and Marketplace Offense by delivering operational excellence with a sharp focus on cross-functional integration, seasonal execution from Global to GC sport and Market offense and holistic capabilities that integrate people, process, data and tools.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

• Lead the evolution of Greater China (GC) CODE as a Center of Excellence, continuously leveraging AI Tools & Holistic Business Understanding to advance planning capabilities, governance standards, decision-making frameworks, and operating models across the end-to-end seasonal planning process.
• Continuously evolve GC GODE gates operating and engagement models to ensure clear ownership, timely deliverables, and effective decision-making from future season planning through pre Season Readiness, to enable full activation of GC priorities; Partner with Global and GC Stakeholders and Extended BI Team to ensure CODE evolvement works for GC; Partner with cross function partners to identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and capability enhancement across the seasonal planning ecosystem.
• Streamline and simplify operating models and ways of working across critical GC priorities to improve clarity, speed, and execution effectiveness

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategic planning excellence, process transformation, and organizational effectiveness across matrixed Geo and Global teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to align senior leaders and cross-functional teams around common objectives, priorities, and decisions.
• Experience leading large-scale planning, governance, operational excellence, or business integration initiatives.
• Experience leveraging AI, automation, digital tools, and data-driven insights to improve planning effectiveness, decision quality, and operational efficiency is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
• Highly curious, innovative, and solutions-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset and passion for challenging the status quo.
• Ability to operate independently with a high level of ownership while simultaneously leading through influence and contributing to enterprise-wide objectives.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
