Description of Work

The Office of the State Auditor (OSA) is looking for Staff Auditor I to assist with various financial audits performed on entities across state government, including institutions of higher education.

As part of our team, you will get to: • Participate in planning meetings for assigned audits where the team discusses audit risk and designs audit procedures to address the risks • Conduct on-site fieldwork, including gaining an understanding of internal controls • Analyze accounting transactions and perform test procedures • Continue learning to expand and develop technical skills
