About Us

Ediphi offers the most comprehensive cloud-based estimating and preconstruction solution on the market. Our goal is to reduce the time spent in preconstruction, enabling projects to break ground more quickly and estimators to feel more confident in their work.

We started when Michael Navarro, an estimating pro at Suffolk, knew there was a better way than relying on spreadsheet nightmares. He began creating a solution built by estimators, for estimators. He teamed up with Dustin DeVan, founder of BuildingConnected (acquired by Autodesk for $275 million), to launch Ediphi in 2023. With a $12M Series A round led by Norwest Venture Partners and with ongoing participation from Suffolk Technologies, Ediphi continues to grow as a SaaS offering for General Contractors around the country.

About This Role

We're looking for an experienced construction professional who's passionate about pre-construction and enjoys working directly with customers. As a Product Specialist, you'll lead customer implementations from kickoff through adoption, helping customers successfully transition to Ediphi and transform the way they estimate.

Our Sales team shows customers what's possible, our Product Specialists make it a reality. You'll learn how each customer works today, translate their workflows into Ediphi, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout their implementation and adoption journey. What You'll Do:

• Learn the Ediphi platform to confidently guide and support customers.
• Lead customer implementations from kickoff through successful adoption.
• Build trusted customer relationships and understand each customer's estimating process to help them successfully adopt Ediphi.
• Deliver engaging training and guide customers through change with confidence.
• Manage implementation timelines, milestones, and customer expectations.
• Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to drive adoption and long-term customer success.
• Collaborate with Sales, Data and Support to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Track customer progress, capture feedback, and advocate for product improvements.
• Partner with the Makers team to test new features and provide product feedback.
• Travel to customer sites for implementations, training, and industry events (approximately 30%).

What You'll Need:

• 3+ years of experience in construction estimating, preconstruction, or a related industry role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain new concepts to a variety of audiences.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing customer needs.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Passion for learning new technology and helping customers adopt new ways of working.
• Experience training, implementing new software, or working directly with customers is a plus.
