Job Summary

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team within Nutanix is a small high energy team providing finance partnership to business leaders across all functions. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a high impact team in a fast-growing organization. We provide analysis to support strategic decisions, conduct financial reviews of a wide range of business issues and manage financial processes such as planning, forecasting, reporting, and tracking performance.

We are seeking an initiative-taking professional with exceptional analytical skills to join us as a Finance Manager, Corp FP&A. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, experienced, and highly analytical individual.

The Role:

  • Partner with Product Management, Sales Operations and GTM/Product Finance to design, implement, and optimize business processes that support planning, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Ensure the integrity, relevance, and consistency of financial and operational metrics in a dynamic and rapidly evolving business environment.
  • Support system implementations, upgrades, testing, and new product introductions (NPI) by partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to define business requirements and ensure successful deployment.
  • Develop, enhance and maintain executive dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that deliver accurate, actionable business insights.
  • Serve as key liaison between Finance and IT to drive reporting, analytics, systems enhancements, and dashboard development and Agentic AI initiatives.
  • Provide analytical support and research with intense data mining for executive leadership to drive informed decision-making and business performance
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects including pricing and analytics programs.
  • Prepare and publish quarterly reporting packages for executive leadership and business stakeholders.

What You Will Bring:

  • 5+ years (or equivalent) of experience in Finance, business analytics, or related business functions.
  • Highly proficient in working with large and complex datasets, integrating data from multiple sources, and translating insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Capable of articulating complex business outcome in an easy-to-understand language
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions and building strong partnerships.
  • Expertise in dashboard development, reporting automation, and KPI design.
  • Experience working with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Tableau, SQL, and AI platform
  • Proven ability to collaborate across Finance, IT, Sales Operations, Product Management, and executive leadership teams.
  • Experience supporting system implementations, testing, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Can-do problem-solving attitude with high analytical and modeling skills
  • Comfortable in adapting new technology and process – prior experience in SFDC, NetSuite, Tableau, SQL, Zuora, Rev-Pro, Adaptive preferred

Work Arrangement

This role is remote for zones 2-4.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $117,000 – $234,000.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
