Who You Are:

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our creator programs across Lifestyle, Fitness, and Cellucor. You'll help keep the engine running behind our influencer campaigns gaining hands-on experience with high-growth CPG brands and industry-leading influencer platforms.

This is a part-time role at approximately 20 hours per week.

Candidates must be located in the Austin, TX area.

What You're Good At:

• Source creators for upcoming campaigns, identifying talent who align with brand voice, aesthetic, and performance values.
• Manage the day-to-day of our Influencer Orders through Shopify.
• Review incoming creator applications in GRIN, approving or declining based on program fit and criteria.
• Send out product request orders for creators and monitor them through to delivery.
• Serve as a first point of contact for creator support, answering and resolving inbound emails across our Lifestyle, Fitness, and Cellucor.
• Coordinate and send our monthly bulk product orders for DRFT.
• Build, launch, and manage creator activations in GRIN.
• Support content approvals for LaunchPoint, reviewing submissions and routing them through the approval process.

What You Contribute:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, or a related field.
• Passion for influencer marketing, content creation, and social media trends.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for approximately 20 hours per week during standard business hours.
• Familiarity with platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, plus tools like Shopify and GRIN, is a plus.
