We’re looking for a Certified Surgical Technologist to support our surgical team and play an essential role in delivering safe, efficient, high-quality orthopedic care. You’ll work alongside experienced surgeons, nurses, and perioperative professionals in a collaborative environment where your technical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to patient safety make an impact every day.

What You’ll Do

  • As a Surgical Technologist, you’ll help keep every procedure running safely and efficiently by:
  • Serving as the scrub technologist during surgical and invasive procedures.
  • Preparing and organizing surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
  • Maintaining the sterile field and ensuring proper sterile technique throughout procedures.
  • Assisting with sterile draping and anticipating the surgical team’s instrument and supply needs.
  • Supporting efficient operating room setup and turnover between procedures.
  • Preparing instruments for decontamination and transport following procedures.
  • Following surgical safety protocols, including site, side, and level verification.
  • Collaborating closely with surgeons, nurses, and other perioperative team members.
  • Participating in continuing education, skills validation, and quality improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
  • Current Surgical Technologist license in Virginia.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Sterile processing experience preferred.

Compensation Range for this position:

$33.28 - $49.93

Compensation for this role will be based on several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, geography/market, and internal equity considerations.
