En tant qu’analyste comptable et reporting, vous serez rattaché (e) à la direction Comptable et Reporting du groupe Otis France (R2R).

Les principales missions dont vous aurez la responsabilité :

• Reporting mensuel des données financières pour Otis Monde

Dans le cadre du reporting mensuel à adresser à Otis Monde, vous aurez la responsabilité de coordonner l’envoi du reporting dans les délais impartis pour l’ensemble des sociétés du groupe, de garantir l’intégrité des données comptables et produire les analyses avec le support de l’ensemble des départements impliqués dans le process de clôture des comptes. Vous assurerez également la coordination avec la personne en charge du reporting des données non financières (bookings, efficacités, clôtures chantier…).

• Analyse et réconciliation des comptes clients OTIS SCS

Dans le cadre de la transformation Finance, vous reprendrez la responsabilité de la réconciliation et de l’analyse des comptes comptables relatifs aux comptes clients. A ce titre vous devrez mettre en place une nouvelle méthodologie de réconciliation et d’analyse des comptes clients pour l’entité Otis, présenterez les résultats à la direction financière lors des réunions de clôture mensuelles et, vous piloterez le prestaire.

• Déclaration de TVA OTIS France

Vous aurez la responsabilité de la préparation et la déclaration de TVA pour OTIS France. A ce titre vous devrez coordonner la remontée d’information et assurer les analyses et les suivis.

En fonction de l’actualité finance ou du département, vous serez également amené(e) à intervenir sur le projet de facturation électronique/ e-reporting, établissement des liasses fiscales.

Ce poste sera basé dans notre nouveau siège social à Nanterre. Vous bénéficierez, conformément à l’accord cadre, de deux jours de télétravail par semaine.

Profil recherché :

• Bac +5 en comptabilité / finance
• 3/5 ans d’expérience minimum en comptabilité générale
• Langues : anglais professionnel
• Solides compétences en comptabilité française et US, à l’aise avec les outils informatiques, rigoureux, dynamique, gestion de l’agenda et respect des échéances, curiosité, autonomie, communication et bon relationnel.
• Suite Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), ERPJD Edwards, HFM
