工作职责 | Responsibilities

一、产品机会情报（约40%）

1. Product Opportunity Intelligence (~40%)

• 搭建并运营自动化数据采集体系，覆盖政府投资公告、项目批复、土地出让、招投标平台、行业媒体等数据源

Build and operate automated data collection pipelines covering government investment announcements, project approvals, land transactions, tender platforms, and industry media

• 利用LLM解析非结构化文档（招标文件、政府批文、行业报告），提取关键信息

Apply LLMs to parse unstructured documents (tender documents, government approvals, industry reports) and extract key information

• 建立重点项目早期预警机制，向销售团队推送高价值线索

Establish early-warning mechanisms for key projects, delivering high-value leads to the sales team

二、竞争与投标分析（约30%）

2. Competitive & Bid Analysis (~30%)

• 持续追踪主要竞争对手的中标动态、市场策略和产品动向，输出定期简报

Track competitors' contract awards, market strategies, and product moves; deliver regular intelligence briefings

• 采集、清洗、结构化投标数据，支持成标/丢标分析，为Pricing团队提供数据输入

Collect, clean, and structure bidding data to support win/loss analysis and provide data inputs for the Pricing team

三、知识库与AI工具建设（约30%）

3. Knowledge Base & AI Tooling (~30%)

• 协助搭建各国电梯标准与工程偏差（deviation）知识库（RAG应用）：将工程团队的历史案例与各国标准文档工具化，供海外销售快速查询"工厂改造 vs 现场改造"等决策参考（工程判断由工程团队提供并审核）

Help build a knowledge base (RAG application) of country-specific elevator codes and engineering deviations: turn the engineering team's historical cases and standards documents into a queryable tool for overseas sales, covering decision references such as "factory vs. field modification" (engineering judgments provided and validated by the engineering team)

• 主动识别销售及产品流程中可自动化、可AI赋能的环节，快速构建原型并推动落地

Proactively identify sales and product processes that can be automated or AI-enabled; rapidly prototype and implement solutions

任职要求 | Qualifications

必须项 | Must-haves

• 本科及以上学历，计算机、数据科学、统计、信息管理或相关专业

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Information Management, or related fields

• 5年以上数据分析/数据工程经验，有端到端独立交付的项目经历（从数据采集到分析呈现），能独立对接业务方并推动方案落地

5+ years in data analytics/data engineering, with proven end-to-end project delivery experience (from data acquisition to analysis and presentation); able to independently engage business stakeholders and drive solutions to implementation

• 熟练使用Python，有扎实的自动化数据采集实战经验（Scrapy/Requests/Playwright等）

Proficiency in Python with solid hands-on experience in automated data collection (Scrapy/Requests/Playwright, etc.)

• 有LLM应用落地经验：熟悉主流大模型API、Prompt设计、文档解析（OCR/RAG）

Practical LLM application experience: mainstream LLM APIs, prompt engineering, document parsing (OCR/RAG)

• 熟悉中国公开数据生态（政务公开平台、招投标平台、企业信息查询等）

Familiarity with China's public data ecosystem (government disclosure platforms, tender platforms, corporate registries, etc.)

• 良好的英文读写能力（涉及国际标准文档及海外市场信息）

Good written English proficiency (for international standards documentation and overseas market information)

• 良好的沟通与汇报能力，能将业务需求转化为技术方案，并向管理层清晰呈现业务价值

Strong communication and presentation skills; able to translate business needs into technical solutions and articulate business value to senior leadership

• 有pricing model、win/loss分析或B2B报价场景经验

Experience with pricing models, win/loss analysis, or B2B bidding scenarios

• 有工业品、建筑、房地产等B2B行业的市场情报/商业分析经验

Market intelligence or business analytics background in B2B industries (industrial equipment, construction, real estate)

• 有数据可视化经验（Power BI/Tableau等）
