Senior Brand Designer

Job Description

Pangram is the AI research lab behind the world’s most accurate AI detection software. Trust and credibility are central to Pangram’s mission to be the voice of authenticity across the Internet, and Pangram’s visual identity plays a crucial role here. We are hiring a Senior Brand Designer to own how Pangram shows up in the world – across brand, web, and marketing campaigns. You will work directly with the founders, head of growth, our lead designer and product manager to join a design function that is just beginning to take shape.

What you’ll do

- Take ownership, define and evolve Pangram’s visual identity and system across brand, web, and product touchpoints

- Build and maintain cohesive brand assets, guidelines and documentations

- Design and ship Pangram’s main website and other brand experiences.

- Work with growth team, create marketing materials and assets across formats: social media, launch announcements, campaign visuals, sales collateral, event materials and merchandises.

- Work with product team to bring brand into product experiences

- Set the quality bar for how Pangram look and feel, manage QA across the stack

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience as a Brand Designer in tech

- Strong experience designing and shipping modern, interactive web experiences

- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional brand, visual, and graphic design work and application across multiple touchpoints.

- Strong visual design fundamentals, including typography, layout, color and art directions.

- Hands on experience shipping real products to users

- Exceptional visual craftsmanship and taste

- Strong attention to consistency and detail

- Experience in collaborating with product and cross-functional teams

Nice to have

- Motion graphics and animation experience

- Product design (UI/UX) experience

- User research experience

- In-house experience in tech company owning and evolving brand over time
