In Country Operations Associate

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Point of contact for 3PLs

- Create ASNs for incoming shipments in the warehouse management system

- Manage SKUs in WMS, including creation of new products in the WMS prior to product launches

- Monitor all inbound shipments and manage reconciliation of any discrepancies in receipts

- Monitor 3PL performance to ensure SLAs are met and create weekly summary reports

- Manage projects at 3PLs, including kitting projects and pack-out of B2B shipments

- Analyze shipment, order, and inventory data to determine efficiencies

- Help document and improve supply chain processes

- Manage and assist with key initiatives to drive continuous improvements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to translate data into insights

- Excellent attention to detail

- Ability to perform in a challenging and dynamic environment

- Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel and warehouse management software

- Effective communication and organizational skills

- Proactive and self-motivated

- Proficiency in Spanish language preferred
