  • Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries, while responding quickly and effectively to last-minute schedule or travel changes.
  • Draft, edit, and manage executive communications while maintaining the executive's voice, priorities, and professionalism.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-through.
  • Handle confidential business, personnel, and strategic information with exceptional discretion and judgment.

Who You Are

  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.
  • Proactive in anticipating needs and identifying solutions before issues arise.
  • Calm and resourceful when navigating changing priorities, urgent requests, and last-minute adjustments.
  • Professional and polished in interactions with executives, board members, external partners, and colleagues.
  • Trusted to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • An effective communicator who can adapt messaging to different audiences and situations.
  • Collaborative and relationship-focused, with the ability to work across departments and coordinate among stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy while knowing when to escalate issues or seek guidance.

What You Bring

Day One:

  • 2 to 4 years of administrative, executive support, or related professional experience in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Experience managing calendars, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, and supporting multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency with business productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration platforms.

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Certified Administrative Professional (CAP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or comparable professional experience.
