This is more than a customer success role. As a Partner Success Manager, you'll join a fast-growing department that is still defining what exceptional partner success looks like at scale. You'll work directly with some of our most valued Voyager Alliance members, helping them maximize their investment with Pax8 while influencing the evolution of our success strategy, processes, and partner experience. • Build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of high-value partners.
• Understand partner goals and align Pax8 resources to help them achieve success.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted voice throughout the partnership journey.

📈 Drive Adoption, Retention & Success

• Proactively identify opportunities to increase engagement and platform adoption.
• Partner with internal teams to reduce friction and create consistently positive experiences.
• Anticipate risks early and take action to improve partner outcomes.

🔍 Use Insights to Influence Action

• Monitor partner health, engagement trends, and success indicators.
• Translate data into strategic recommendations that improve partner experiences.
• Share insights that help shape future programs, processes, and business decisions.

• Identify recurring challenges and help design scalable solutions.
• Contribute to the growth of a rapidly evolving Partner Success organization.
• Champion partner feedback across the business to drive continuous improvement.

✅ What Success Looks Like

We're looking for someone with:

• Proven experience building and nurturing strategic customer or partner relationships.
• Demonstrated success managing a high-volume portfolio of accounts.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance partner needs with business objectives.
• Extensive experience collaborating across multiple teams to solve complex challenges.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret trends and translate insights into action.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience within cloud, software, technology, channel, managed services, or adjacent industries is highly valued.
• Understanding of the Managed Service Provider ecosystem is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 USD annually, depending on experience.

✅ Background Checks
