You will drive rapid growth in one or more of Operations/Infrastructure/Cyber Security/Modern Work/Productivity solutions, both Microsoft and non-Microsoft, and services for MSP’s of all sizes across EMEA. You will keep leads actively engaged through creative outreach, building and owning a strong sales pipeline, and supporting partners with expert problem solving. You will represent Pax8 as a thought leader by delivering impactful presentations at key industry events!

Let’s look at your day to day as a Solutions Consultant:

• Proactively drive new Operations/Infrastructure/Cyber Security/Modern Work/Productivity opportunities by deeply understanding team goals and vendor strategies
• Support the full sales cycle with expert consultation, solution guidance, and collaboration with Pax8 Pro-Services
• Partner closely with Channel Account Managers and Cloud Development Representatives to accelerate strategic accounts and high value deals
• Confidently represent and articulate one or more of the Operations/Infrastructure/Cyber Security/Modern Work/Productivity solution portfolio offered by Pax8, both Microsoft and non-Microsoft
• Own and optimise one or more of the Operations/Infrastructure/Cyber Security/Modern Work/Productivity sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth and momentum
• Actively participate in Pax8 and industry events, showcasing expertise and strengthening partner connections

You'll be the ideal Solutions Consultant for us if you have:

• Proven success in direct sales roles within one or more of Operations/Infrastructure/Cyber Security/Modern Work/Productivity disciplines, ideally within product focused environments
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) ecosystem
• Solid knowledge of MSP operations, workflows, and business models
• Demonstrated ability to manage and close complex, high value sales opportunities
• Consistent history of exceeding quota and ranking among top performers
• Proficient in Salesforce with a data driven approach to sales execution
• Exceptionally organised and detail oriented, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and projects
• Fast learner who can absorb complex concepts and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels in English and other relevant market languages
