Main Requirements:

• Bring experience as an Office Lead or similar role
• Welcome and assist clients as they arrive at our office
• Oversee daily operations of the office administration department
• Hold administrative team members accountable to KPIs and personal development goals
• Handle administrative tasks including scanning, data entry, and paperwork preparation
• Manage and maintain office supplies and vendor relationships
• Support event planning with logistics, materials, and team coordination
• Ensure the office environment remains clean, organized, and client-ready
• Take miscellaneous tasks off of advisors’ plates to enable them to focus on clients
