Join Our Team as a Charge Nurse Sunday–Wednesday | Anderson, CA | Starting at $30/hr DOE

At Oak River Rehab, we believe great care starts with great people. We’re looking for a compassionate Charge Nurse who wants to make a difference in the lives of our residents while leading a dedicated nursing team.

You’ll play a key role in creating a safe, supportive, and uplifting environment for both residents and staff. If you’re someone who leads with heart and thrives in a team‑centered setting, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Provide clinical guidance to nursing staff
• Support residents with skilled, attentive care
• Coordinate with families and care partners
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Foster a positive, resident‑centered atmosphere

What We’re Looking For

• Current CA RN or LVN license
• Experience in skilled nursing a plus
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• A commitment to quality care
