Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour DOE

Desert Springs Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and customer-service-oriented Hospitality Aide to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in healthcare who enjoy helping others and creating a welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff.

As a Hospitality Aide, you will provide non-clinical support to residents and assist the nursing team with tasks that enhance resident comfort, satisfaction, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new residents and assist with orientation to the facility.
• Deliver water, snacks, meals, and other comfort items as requested.
• Assist residents with non-clinical needs and daily comfort measures.
• Escort residents to activities, appointments, and dining areas.
• Maintain clean, organized resident rooms and common areas.
• Restock supplies throughout the facility.
• Assist with resident engagement and social activities.
• Answer call lights and communicate resident needs to nursing staff.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors.
• Support the nursing team with non-direct care tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, caregiving, or healthcare experience is a plus.
• Friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to push, pull, lift, and move supplies as needed.
