Canyon Springs Post Acute is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team!

Position Details:
- Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Pay: $40.00–$43.00 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Monitor residents' conditions and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Foster a positive, compassionate environment for residents, families, and coworkers.
Qualifications:
- Current California LVN license in good standing.
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.
- A commitment to providing outstanding, resident-centered care.
