• Position: Full-Time
• Schedule: Full-Time Shifts Available
• Pay: $38.00–$40.00 per hour (DOE)
• Location: City View Post-Acute

Responsibilities

As a Full-Time LVN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care and supporting the health and well-being of our residents.

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, CNAs, rehabilitation staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
• Advocate for residents while providing compassionate care and support to residents and their families.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and healing environment for all residents.

Qualifications

• Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in good standing.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to delivering exceptional resident care.
