💉 Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

📍 Oak River Rehab Center | 3300 Franklin St, Anderson, CA 96007 🕒 Friday - Sunday (3 days) x 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM-6:00 PM)

AM Shift and NOC Shift available 💵 $27–$37/hr (DOE)

• Deliver compassionate care to residents with skill and dignity
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary staff
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Keep detailed documentation and ensure quality care plans
• Make a difference in the lives of others—every single shift

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Active California LVN license and in good standing
• A team player with strong clinical and communication skills
• Someone who brings positivity, reliability, and heart to the workplace
• Previous SNF or rehab experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right person!
