Occupational Therapist

Now Hiring: Occupational Therapist (Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN)

Pleasant Hill Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team. We are currently hiring for Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN positions.

Compensation:

• $58–$62+ per hour, depending on experience

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans
• Help patients regain independence and improve quality of life
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care

Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist license in California
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
