Medical Hill Healthcare Pay: $62.00–$64.00 per hour Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Opportunities Available

Medical Hill Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house therapy team. Help residents regain independence, improve daily function, and achieve their rehabilitation goals in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to improve ADLs, strength, and functional independence
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
• Utilize therapeutic modalities to enhance patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current California Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• New graduates encouraged to apply
