Ridgeway Post Acute is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehab team full-time! If you’re passionate about helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence, we’d love to connect with you.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled therapy services to improve mobility, strength, and functional ability
• Document treatment progress and patient outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery goals
• Educate patients and families on therapy plans, exercises, and safety
• Maintain compliance with all state and facility policies

What We’re Looking For

• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
• Strong clinical skills and patient-centered approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• Experience in skilled nursing/post-acute setting preferred (but not required)
• Reliable, professional, and motivated to make a difference
