We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated PRN Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians seeking flexible scheduling while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide patient treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Complete accurate daily documentation and required progress reports.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas.
- Participate in Patient Care and Rehabilitation Conferences as appropriate.
- Carry out physician-directed treatment plans and communicate patient progress with the interdisciplinary care team.
- Report equipment concerns to ensure safe and effective operation.
- Educate residents, families, and nursing staff on maintenance programs and caregiver training prior to discharge.
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
