Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time (PM / NOC Shifts)

Vasona Creek Healthcare Center is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team. We offer stable full-time schedules, excellent benefits, and a supportive work environment.

• Wage Range: $48.00 - $55.00 per hour (depending on experience).

Available Shifts

• PM Shift: Full-Time
• NOC (Night) Shift: Full-Time

Core Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies.
• Assessments: Monitor resident conditions and update care plans.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR).
• Leadership: Supervise LVNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Collaboration: Coordinate care with physicians and families.

Qualifications

• License: Active, unrestricted California RN license.
• Certification: Current BLS / CPR certification.
• Experience: Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and critical thinking.
