2026–2027 School Year | $50–$57/hour | Part-Time | Missouri | School-Based | MO SLP License Required
About the Role:
Provide speech and language therapy services in a school-based setting. You’ll conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver direct therapy services, and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ communication, learning, and overall success.

What You'll Do:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations to determine student needs and eligibility
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students
- Complete and maintain accurate IEP documentation and therapy records
- Participate in IEP meetings, annual reviews, and multidisciplinary team collaboration
- Consult with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate therapy notes, progress reports, and required documentation
- Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), as applicable
What We're Looking For:
Must Have:
- Current Missouri Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Ability to complete all required criminal background clearances
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Experience working with students in a school-based or educational setting
Preferred:
- One or more years of school-based Speech-Language Pathology experience
- Experience managing school-based caseloads and IEP compliance
- Familiarity with student information and IEP documentation systems
- Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary educational teams
