Junior IT HelpDesk and Travel Coordinator

We are looking for a Junior IT HelpDesk and Travel Coordinator to join our team in an onsite role. You will combine day-to-day technical support for local users and office infrastructure with administrative responsibilities related to business travel and documentation.

You will:

• provide first-line technical support to local users, including troubleshooting hardware, peripherals, and basic network-related issues,
• ensure the proper operation of conference rooms and video conferencing equipment,
• diagnose and resolve basic technical issues with computers, peripherals, and meeting room equipment,
• support the implementation of new technical solutions in the office,
• maintain and organize inventory of small IT equipment, such as mice, headsets, and other peripherals,
• coordinate purchases of small IT equipment and office-related technical supplies,
• perform minor hardware and service repairs,
• monitor the proper operation of IT equipment and local network infrastructure,
• organize domestic and international business travel, including bookings and related arrangements,
• verify the accuracy of business travel expenses and supporting documentation,
• ensure the proper flow, completeness, and organization of documents related to travel and office administration,
• respond to urgent and unexpected technical or administrative requests,
• cooperate with internal teams and external vendors in English.

Your profile:

• previous experience in IT technical support, office administration, business travel coordination, or a similar role,
• basic knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, and network infrastructure,
• ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues independently,
• practical experience with video conferencing tools and conference room equipment,
• very good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously,
• accuracy and attention to detail when working with documents, invoices, and expense reports,
• ability to respond effectively to urgent and unexpected situations,
• good communication skills, independence, and a proactive approach,
• good knowledge of Microsoft Office,
• good command of English, enabling communication with international vendors and coordination of international business travel,
• willingness to work onsite,
• familiarity with travel booking systems, IT ticketing tools, or business expense management systems will be a plus.
