Poseidon Aerospace is looking for an Operations Associate to join our team and help keep a fast-moving aerospace startup running efficiently. You’ll work directly with our Business Operations Manager and across the broader company, taking on the day-to-day operational work that enables our engineering and manufacturing teams to move quickly.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, figuring things out, and making things happen. The work will be varied. You might be coordinating a shipment one day, improving an internal process the next, and helping solve an unexpected operational problem at a test site the day after that.

What you’ll do

- Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and business teams to unblock problems

- Support day-to-day company and business operations

- Jump in wherever needed to keep the company moving quickly

- Strong attention to detail and follow-through

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly

- Willing to take ownership of problems even when there isn’t an obvious playbook

- Excited about aerospace, hardware, and building an early-stage company Early-career and non traditional candidates are encouraged to apply. We care more about initiative, judgment, and the ability to get things done than a specific number of years of experience.
